Back when I used to like Kansas City Chiefs, decades before teeny boppers were allowed in Arrowhead Stadium and other fine football establishments!

Back when I used to like Kansas City, decades before teeny boppers were allowed in Arrowhead Stadium and other iconic football stadiums.  And too there was a time in the past when Mahomes and Kelce’s main focus was playing football, not helping sell an insurance company - State Farm to homeowners and car owners and whoever else is watching television.  We are constantly having State Farm Insurance being thrust into our face and big screens (little screens too).  Yes, State Farm is my insurance company, and my rates continue to rise due to having to pay Patrick and Travis along with their coach who understands how a combo meal is similar unto bundling all insurance needs and coverages rather than ordering a burger and fries separately. The Gecko’s rates or Flo’s rates are much less than having to pay two professional, premium football players and their coach, whom just won last year’s Super Bowl in my home state of Arizona.
Yes, I agree with you, I have given this Blog entry a very long title, but nothing else worked for the frustrating writing I am compelled to share as watching NFL with many comrades, amigos, ex-roommates, amigos and just ordinary persons with Steelers, Dolphins, Browns, Cardinals, Cowboys, Bills, and even Patriots fans in bars, restaurants, on the couch, on the patio, with a cat eating a rat with a Green Bay hat. Sorry, I have a Dr. Suess book on the table for story referrals.  We all share the same disgruntled dismay of having to see Swifties purchasing NFL football tickets to wherever the Chiefs go to play. Not because of their love for the game of good, old fashioned American Football and thus leaving many true fans having to miss seeing their favorite gridiron players because of the shortage of tickets and the cost of the seats driven up by rich little girls and boys of the “Me” generation of millennial who need hard lessons on what life is really about.  Shame on our generation who raised a later generation of “I need a Safe Spot!”
Below is the beginning history of the NFL for those “Swifties” who might be open-minded to learn something other than the lyrics to a new Taylor Swift song about breaking up with an ex tight end.
“The National Football League (NFL) was founded in 1920 as the American Professional Football Association (APFA) with ten teams from four states, all of whom existed in some form as participants of regional leagues in their respective territories. The league took on its current name in 1922. The NFL was the first professional football league to successfully establish a nationwide presence, after several decades of failed attempts.[citation needed] Only two founding members are still in the league, the Decatur Staleys (now the Chicago Bears) and the Chicago Cardinals (founded in 1898, joined the NFL in 1920, now the Arizona Cardinals) is the oldest NFL franchise.” – Wikipedia
Thank goodness I can still enjoy Kansas City Barbeque without having a “Swiftie” tell me that they and Taylor made it famous and no one had heard of it before their unique discovery.
Think I’ll listen to some real music and artists such as Merle Haggard, Johhny Cash, Elvis Presley and Jimmy Buffett!
Peace, Love & Tequila will get us all through!
