What has happened to decency and not littering?  Contaminated Masks & Gloves discarded on the ground!

4/16/2020

What has happened to decency and not littering? This is at COSTCO parking lot at 27th Ave. in Phoenix; normally not in this area, but had just picked up a firearm for the wife and parking lot is adjacent. I could not believe all the discarded masks and gloves. People who do this are no better than Heroin Addicts who leave their dirty needles in the alley ways or Pet Owners who do not pick up their doggies' waste. All the above have no respect for their fellow Mankind and expect others to put themselves in harm's way cleaning up their contamination and waste. Thank Goodness did not see this in my neighborhood at Scottsdale COSTCO; If they don't want dirty gloves and masks in their vehicles then find a trash receptable or carry a plastic trash bag and discard into and dispose of when they arrive home. I believe most of my Amigas & Amigos have more respect for themselves and their fellow women and men and I thank YOU for that!! This makes me ashamed to be a Human!!! Remember, just because your neighbor or fellow man did not see you, GOD or Your Higher Power does and KARMA is quite a ruthless Bitch!!  Rico Austin PhD  Peace, Love & Tequila!!!

Life as a Gemini in Quarantine: My co-worker lives inside my body & brain; most of the time he is a cool dude & leaves me alone; that is until around noon & then the bastard wants me to pour him tequila or join him for a margarita, always insists I get the good stuff out! I usually go along with it, because not sure who is the boss? Then when I want to take a group selfie the chicken shit hides so it looks like I'm the only one drinkin! Rico Austin PhD  Peace, Love & Tequila!!!

LITTLE KNOWN FACTS about COVID-19, VERY IMPORTANT & USEFUL INFORMATION!

4/12/2020

  LITTLE KNOWN FACTS about COVID-19
VERY IMPORTANT!
It is from one of our readers, who is the on the front lines in the medical field as the Chief Strategy Officer at a large medical group specializing in primary medical and behavioral care for individuals with complex needs.
* The virus is not a living organism, but a protein molecule (RNA) covered by a protective layer of lipid (fat), which, when absorbed by the cells of the ocular, nasal or buccal mucosa, changes their genetic code. (mutation) and convert them into aggressor and multiplier cells.
* Since the virus is not a living organism but a protein molecule, it is not killed, but decays on its own. The disintegration time depends on the temperature, humidity and type of material where it lies.
* The virus is very fragile; the only thing that protects it is a thin outer layer of fat. That is why any soap or detergent is the best remedy, because the foam CUTS the FAT (that is why you have to rub so much: for 20 seconds or more, to make a lot of foam).
By dissolving the fat layer, the protein molecule disperses and breaks down on its own.
* HEAT melts fat; this is why it is so good to use water above 25 degrees Celsius for washing hands, clothes and everything. In addition, hot water makes more foam and that makes it even more useful.
* Alcohol or any mixture with alcohol over 65% DISSOLVES ANY FAT, especially the external lipid layer of the virus.
* Any mix with 1 part bleach and 5 parts water directly dissolves the protein, breaks it down from the inside.
* Oxygenated water helps long after soap, alcohol and chlorine, because peroxide dissolves the virus protein, but you have to use it pure and it hurts your skin.
* NO BACTERICIDE OR ANTIBIOTIC SERVES. The virus is not a living organism like bacteria; antibodies cannot kill what is not alive.
* NEVER shake used or unused clothing, sheets or cloth. While it is glued to a porous surface, it is very inert and disintegrates only
-between 3 hours (fabric and porous),
-4 hours (copper and wood)
-24 hours (cardboard),
- 42 hours (metal) and
-72 hours (plastic).
But if you shake it or use a feather duster, the virus molecules float in the air for up to 3 hours, and can lodge in your nose.
* The virus molecules remain very stable in external cold, or artificial as air conditioners in houses and cars.
They also need moisture to stay stable, and especially darkness. Therefore, dehumidified, dry, warm and bright environments will degrade it faster.
* UV LIGHT on any object that may contain it breaks down the virus protein. For example, to disinfect and reuse a mask is perfect. Be careful, it also breaks down collagen (which is protein) in the skin.
* The virus CANNOT go through healthy skin.
* Vinegar is NOT useful because it does not break down the protective layer of fat.
* The more confined the space, the more concentration of the virus there can be. The more open or naturally ventilated, the less.
* You have to wash your hands before and after touching mucosa, food, locks, knobs, switches, remote control, cell phone, watches, computers, desks, TV, etc. And when using the bathroom.
* Also keep your NAILS SHORT so that the virus does not hide there.

CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC - End of Day 7 Social Distancing

4/9/2020

CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC - End of Day 7 Social Distancing! I’m still surviving, wow a week, 24 hours multiplied by 7, too full to go find my calculator. If anyone is out there, please send a message or a bottle filled with tequila (no need for notes). Pantry is still almost full except for chip section and peanut butter shelves! New recipes going well with chips and peanut butter as main dish, sure I’ll have my first cook book soon. Bad news with my hamster, yes, as in singular. Who knew that feeding them BBQ sauce on their little meals would be life threatening? (I was just trying to marinate them from the inside in case no other food alternatives left). I now have one that is walking on the little wheel that goes round and round (I guess he - Donald had more of a will to live than the other, weaker one) the one of whom I referred to as Daisy; she is frozen in my new deep freeze which my soon-to-be girlfriend Amazon delivered (you'll hear more about her later). It is a shiny white color with a full lid cover, just like the ones you see in the gangster movies of where the bad guy chops up one of his partners because something happened that he didn’t quite agree with. I have made contact with a couple different people, one is a male who wears a brown matching outfit with short pants and has the letters UPS on his truck of which also matches his charming outfit. The other is slowly becoming my best friend – I call her Amazon Woman as she is quite strong and delivers to my door usually three to four times a week. If she’d let me get closer than six feet, I believe that there could be chemistry, but I have all the time in the world to just pine and wait. My ammo is down to 2435 rounds as on day three I lost a round doing inventory as it rolled into the heat vent. I have used 64 rounds target practicing with three different weapons in my backyard. My neighborhood is more alive now than I first thought, as some neighbors who had unsuccessfully attempted suicide come out to see what the noise is about, but are quite nice and go back into their habitat as I politely, safely wave at them with gun in hand. Hand washing is getting to me, having nightmares of never-ending soap operas (just kidding, I wanted to make a joke, get it soap operas – hand washing?) But, seriously my skin from the tips of my fingers to just above my wrists are dry and cracking more than my knuckles. At night I lie in fear of what the coming days will bring as I know that summer is just around the corner and comes with it the heat. Many thoughts run through this pretty head of mine: What if my air conditioner breaks down? What if my pool boy decides he wants to stay and quarantine? What if I run out of margarita mix? What if I never get to see Amazon woman again? What if 768 rolls of toilet paper are not enough? What would I look like in a bra? Where can I find a chicken to lay eggs? What do I feed a chicken? Can a hamster and chicken live in the same cage? Will my hamster shit on the egg before I can retrieve it from the cage. So many things to think about as I shoot my guns and inventory my rounds of ammo. Yes, this social distancing has taken a toll on my mind, but my body remains strong; well bigger as I am relentless on staying healthy and have gained an amazing 14 pounds in 7 days. Getting a bit worried though of if I can do sit ups when I decide to start after 60 days of social distancing. Still would like a flare sent or to be flashed in a private message. I am no longer particular on it being only female as stated on day three of no males, please. I just need to feel needed. Stay Safe & Healthy out there! In case you don't remember what happened on Day 3; I have posted it below! Rico Austin PhD

Coronavirus Pandemic, day 3 of Social Distancing

4/8/2020

Coronavirus Pandemic, day 3 of Social Distancing!! If anyone is still out there, I’m alive, but struggling. Food is running low. Have only 462 days worth. My hands are raw & super sanitized and my butt is sparkly, ass-wipe clean. Down to 2499 rounds of ammo (dropped 1 round down the heat vent while doing daily inventory). I’ve gained 6 pounds as I will not neglect to try & keep myself healthy through this turmoil. Power still on, but for how long? Missing human interaction; but, I have my hamsters, for now.. (I'm soaking their food in BBQ sauce in an attempt to marinate them from the inside, just in case I have to eat them). I fear dark days ahead. News is mostly bad. Neighbors have attempted to leap from windows to their death, (or near death... most have single story homes so they are badly bruised & infected by cactus needles). Blew through most HULU series so may have to re-watch some again and trying to recall the good ol’ days while listening to Donnie & Marie records. Daily Survival is a never-ending challenge. I vow to persevere to the end, I am a survivor as I have watched 22 seasons and can negotiate properly with my inner demons. Please, if there is life out there, communicate with me, send a flare or flash me in private message, (female only, por favor) to help preserve my sanity.. .... Day 3 - COVID-19 Corona Virus Pandemic of Social Distancing

Please, if there is life out there, communicate with me, send a flare or flash me in private message, (female only, por favor) to help preserve my sanity.. ....
