Happy Hump Day Amigos de MY BAD TEQUILA;

World Series Champions are "The New York Yankees."  Congratulations for Series #27 and to the heavy hearts in Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Phillies - Great Run and we enjoyed watching it.  Let the Party begin on Wednesday night for the Statue of Liberty town as it was called during this "Liberty Series."  And someone please go ahead and ring that great "Liberty Bell" in Philadelphia one more time and hold your heads high.  This is one of those situations where there cannot be a "Win Win Situation" that managers are always pushing to our brains.  In the World Series and in the Sports World there has to be a Winner; yes we can have 2nd place, 3rd place, etc., etc., Even in the Olympics there are only medals given to the Top Three Finishers.  I suppose in Kindergarten there is always a winner, winner, winner, but with that there can always be confusion.  Who was actually "The Winner?" Guess that is why I am not teaching 5 year olds how to color and high five after naps and chocolate milk breaks.

Artie the One Man Party and I are gearing up for the Arizona State University Football game this Saturday in Tempe where we will host the twice this year beaten University of Southern California Trojans (remember no rubber or condom jokes).  The Trojan is a real mascot and not simply something that is pulled over something else.  It should be a fun nationally televised game where the outcome is not completely known this year as USC has shown they do have weaknesses.  Not strong weaknesses (something completely wrong with that phrase) but some weakness all the same.  Coach Dennis Erickson needs to have his squad of Sun Devils ready for this home game.  If it starts to turn into a blowout, Artie loves Hooters - he confesses to the Smokin Hot Mrs. Artie that he loves the wings not the breasts.  Me, I like the whole chick, I mean chicken!!!  Fingerlickin, never mind, that is the other place with the old guy with the white beard that is a sergeant , corporal or general.  I know it's something to do with the military and he is from the Great State of Kentucky. I think he has a brother named Barry .........

Time to get rid of some of that Jose Cuervo that's been hiding here for a couple of years. I'm also going to count tee shirts, t-shirts, t shirts as I have a lot of them and am bored.  You can help me by purchasing a dozen or so for your next summer Family Reunion or for that person that is hard to shop for on Merry Christmas or Happy Hanukkah ;

If you have a comment, go ahead and submit and if there are no nasty words or if no particular religious group, etc, etc are offended it will be posted the next day.  I am interested in finding out my readers favorite College Football Teams.  C'mon let's make it a group project.  Everyone contributes a sentence or two.  Artie help us get started! twitter = my bad tequila

Saludos,

Uncle Rico
