Just finished on my part of a booklet that will be published in a couple of months, "Building Credibility as a Freelancer - Tips from a Collection of Experts." Last night’s Monday Night Football Game was a great game between (the used to be aints) to the now undefeated New Orleans Saints in friendly Louisiana versus the very good playing Atlanta Falcons. Drew Brees and Matt Ryan are two of the best quarterbacks in the NFL right now and are both hot and on target. It was a great match up last night and exciting football was viewed on ESPN. It will be interesting to see how long the Saints can continue on their undefeated march through the National Football League. I'm particularly glad that the people and town of New Orleans have something to grasp and cheer for after several years of rebuilding from Hurricane Katrina. If they make it to the Super Bowl, good on them!
Tomorrow we have the World Series continued in New York as the Yankees play host again to the Philadelphia Phillies who were able to get some bats going and win a game. Philadelphia, you have your work cut out for you - to try and win 2 games back to back at the Stadium in New York is going to be very tough if almost improbable. Right now the Series is Yankees 3 games & Phillys 2 games. First one to 4 wins the Series.
And now a very sore subject for me: Since Yankees are favored to win the World Series now, I'll give my sales pitch New Yorker Style: Buy some frickin Tee Shirts, t-shirts, tshirts; I'll spell them anyway you want, just pull out your credit card and give it to me.
